Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Team Leader, reporting to the Operations Manager based in our Dandenong South Warehouse.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Supervision of employees, ensuring compliance with business processes and expectations
Manage labour to ensure it meets both client and business specifications.
Manage daily warehouse operations in your area, including receiving, storage, order picking and despatch to ensure smooth workflow meets client requirements.
Manage all relevant client queries ensuring all requirements are met.
Collaborate with management to ensure staff are informed of their expectations.
Oversee and where possible, streamline or enhance the administration of warehouse client operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
Previous warehousing and logistics experience essential (1 year minimum).
Leadership experience within warehouse environment is desired.
Experience working with clients, providing a high level of service and issue resolution.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both with team members and clients.
Hands-on warehouse experience, with a strong focus on team and process management.
