Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our Dandenong South Warehouse Management Team on a Full-Time basis as a Team Leader, leading our outbound area.
In this role, your responsibilities and duties include:
- Manage all direct reports efficiently, ensuring high performance and compliance with business processes.
- Manage labour to ensure it meets both client and business specifications
- Oversee and ensure all client specific functions are meeting client specifications.
- Complete required reporting in an accurate timely manner.
- Manage all relevant client queries ensuring all KPI's are met.
- Ensure that there is constant review of current processes with a view to improve efficiencies where possible.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we are looking for:
- Previous warehousing and logistics experience essential - ideally within in a 3PL environment
- Leadership experience within a warehouse environment is desirable
- Previous experience utilising warehouse management systems is required
- LF (Forklift) licence required
- Adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated, solutions focused individual
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with workforce planning and rostering is advantageous
